Our fees are percentage-based and deducted from revenue — meaning we only earn when you earn. Contact us directly and we will give you a clear figure with no ambiguity. There are no setup fees buried in the small print.

Yes. You can block dates for personal use or any other reason at any time. Your property is your asset. We simply ask for reasonable notice to manage any guest commitments already in place.

We currently manage apartments and condos across San Jose, Alajuela, and Jaco — all inside private gated communities. Get in touch and we will give you an honest assessment of whether your property is a fit.

Our team manages all guest communication directly. If an issue arises, we handle it without escalating to you unless the situation genuinely requires your input. Most issues are resolved quickly and do not affect the final review.

Yes. Your property is yours. We ask for advance notice to manage any existing bookings around your dates. Outside of confirmed guest stays, you are free to use the property as you choose.

Once we have assessed your property and agreed on terms, most properties are live and accepting bookings within two to three weeks. If you have an existing listing to transfer, the transition is even faster.
