Absolutely. We strongly encourage a viewing — in person if you’re already in Costa Rica, or via a live video walkthrough if you’re arriving from abroad. We want you to be fully confident before you commit.
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required alongside the first month’s payment to confirm your booking. The deposit is returned at the end of your stay subject to the standard condition checks.
Yes. Long-term guests benefit from reduced monthly rates compared to short-stay nightly pricing. The longer your commitment, the better the rate we can offer. Get in touch and we’ll provide a personalised quote based on your location preference and duration.
The properties come fully furnished, so there’s no need to bring furniture. Minor personal touches are generally fine, but structural or permanent changes are not permitted. If you have a specific request, discuss it with us beforehand and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
