Yes. Your property is yours. We ask for advance notice to manage any existing bookings around your dates. Outside of confirmed guest stays, you are free to use the property as you choose.
Once we have assessed your property and agreed on terms, most properties are live and accepting bookings within two to three weeks. If you have an existing listing to transfer, the transition is even faster.
